That is the formation sign of 56 Division.
71 Division's formation sign consists of a red sun with an upright yellow sword superimposed on it.
aha. thank you ! I do infact remember seeing that one but assumed for some reason it belonged to another formation.
what does it depict btw ? the white thing ?

The two white things are supposed to be local tribal knives of some sort. But I am not too sure of this.
