Army's New Division ?

Found this hitherto unknown (to me) formation sign on a convoy of army trucks in Assam.

It's on black, so it's an inf/mtn div, likely the newly minted 71st Mountain Div. (it's the 56th Mtn Div : credits : Sparsh in comments)
Any inputs would be appreciated.
